2nd, we have an EXCHANGE ONLY return policy. It’s that simple folks all items are final sale. The good news is, you have up to 14 days after you make your purchase, to decide if you want to return your purchased items for an exchange. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s) unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. All returned items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition to be eligible for exchange. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will be ineligible for exchanges.
Should we approve your exchange we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item and if we are able to approve your exchange.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We DO NOT guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Any returned items that do not meet our guidelines will be ineligible for exchange.
Exception: If your item was damaged/incorrect upon receipt please email info@scrubbedinscrubs.com within 48 hours of receiving the package. Please include your first/last name, order number, and photograph of damaged/incorrect item. After review, we will happily send you a shipping label to return the item(s) and have them replaced at no additional cost to you!
